- ผู้รับผิดชอบทำการแก้ไข และ ถ่ายรูปเพื่อทำการอัพเดทลงในระบบ รองรับและจัดเก็บไฟล์หลักฐานและรูปภาพ (บังคับต้องใส่รูปถ่าย)
- แยกแผนก คนที่รับผิดชอบชัดเจน และมีการอัพเดทข้อมูลอยู่ตลอดเวลาที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- แจ้งเตือนปัญหาที่ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขกับผู้รับผิดชอบผ่านทาง email และความถี่จะมากขึ้นถ้าเลยกำหนดการ
- แจ้งเตือนผ่าน email ถึงฝ่ายบริหาร หากปัญหานั้น ๆ ยังไม่มีการแก้ไข (เช่น วันละครั้ง)
- แสดงผลรูปภาพในข้อที่ยังไม่มีการแก้ไข
- แสดงกราฟปัญหาโดยรวม และผลการแก้ปัญหาโดยรวม (สามารถแสดงผลแบบแยกโซนตามพื้นที่ได้)
